Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order

Every Linnet & Lace order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no code needed.

Made to order, just for you

Each candle is made to order after you place your order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, standard US delivery usually takes about 3 to 4 business days more.

Typical total: about 5 to 9 business days from order to doorstep. During busy holiday weeks, production and carrier times can run longer, so we recommend ordering early.

Holiday gifting

Shopping for Christmas? For the best chance of delivery before December 25, please place your order by December 10, 2026. Orders placed after that date are still very welcome, but we can't promise holiday arrival.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We hope to welcome friends in other countries soon.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each order is made just for you, we may not be able to change the address once production has started. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we're happy to help arrange a reshipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or it's past the estimated delivery date, email us at linnetlace@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
